APARTMENTS AND VENUE FOR EVENTS:

• With the anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited inside the apartments, as well as in the rest of the interiors of the house.

• The furniture of the apartments is not prepared for the exterior. You can not take out chairs, pillows, or auxiliary furniture. If something breaks, please say it to fix it as soon as possible, so that the next customers will find everything right.

• Make good use of and be responsible for water and heating consumption. Cal Bernoi wants to be respectful of nature, help us keep it alive without abusing it.

• If you go on an excursion, please do not leave the windows open to ventilate, you have to know that the detectors stop and when you return you can find the apartment cold.

• Check the lights and do not leave them open during the day, if you are going to be absent from the apartment.

• In summer you will find the fans and the pool alternative to cool off and beat the heat.

• The apartments are for a certain number of people, in case you want visits from friends or family the owners must be notified and if possible, we will let you know and extra fees will be charged. Under no circumstances, the maximum capacity of the acommodation of 20 people can be exceeded.

• The overnight stays of more people than those declared, including children, will be considered an infraction of the apartment hiring rules, this will entail a surcharges on the price agreed by the parties of 15€ per person and night that will be charged at the end of your stay.

• Pets are the responsibility of the owner, please check and collect the remains of the animal. Inside the room we ask you not to let them be in the beds or sofas.

• If during your visit it is necessary to make use of the washing machine, use the appropriate products for the proper functioning of the machine.

• Please do not throw anything (pads, tampons, diapers) to the toilet as they could cause it to get stuck, for the proper functioning of the facilities it is vital that they are in the best conditions of hygiene.

• An extra cleaning fee may be charged in casees where, on the day of departure, the facilities are not in the same order and cleanliness in which they were found. 

 

 

 

POOL:

• Hours: 9h to 21h

• Inside this space it is not allowed to eat or make use of bath towels.

• For hygiene reasons we recommend that you wear appropriate swimwear, you can not bathe in street clothes.

• Pets are not allowed to pass.

• Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Maintenance tasks will be carried out some days a week, please do not leave towels or personal belongings in this area, outside pool hours.

• Respecting the rules will make us manage to maintain the desired quality of the pool and enjoy everyone.

 

 

BARBECUES:

• Each apartment has its own barbecue.

• Please make responsible use of barbecues and recommend using only charcoal.

• In times where the risk of fire is high, its use will be prohibited.

• The entry of pets is prohibited due to hygiene reasons.

• It is important to be especially careful, to leave everything as we would like to find it.

 

EXTERIOR:

• All the exterior is communal, you can use the picnic tables, in all of them there are ashtrays for smokers, please make use of them. Do not throw cigarettes on the ground, in the countryside it is of the utmost importance that you never leave a lit cigarette.
